Terms and Conditions
By reserving a sailing yacht charter with us, you agree to the terms set out on this page. A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received and acknowledged in writing, with the remaining balance due before the agreed embarkation date; failure to settle the balance on time may be treated as a cancellation. All guests must provide accurate details regarding crew numbers, sailing qualifications, and any special requirements at the time of booking, as this information directly affects vessel suitability, safety, and pricing. Bareboat charters are available only to clients able to present valid sailing credentials and relevant experience acceptable to us, and we reserve the right to require a professional skipper if competence cannot be reasonably demonstrated. Cancellations are handled according to a tiered schedule based on how far in advance notice is given, and we strongly recommend that all guests hold comprehensive travel and personal insurance. Itineraries are planned in good faith but remain subject to weather, sea state, port availability, and the master's judgment, and routes may be altered at any time to protect the safety of the crew and vessel. Guests are responsible for operating and returning the yacht and its equipment in good condition, for respecting local regulations and environmental guidelines, and for the conduct of every member of their party. A refundable security deposit may be held against damage, loss, or late return. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the charter, and we accept no responsibility for personal belongings, indirect losses, or delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and by proceeding with a booking you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted them in full. © 2026 All Rights Reserved.
